Partner Support Associate
Hyland
• Provide territory support to an assigned group of Partner Business Managers and their associated Partners. • Manage the relationship between Hyland and an assigned group of Authorized Partners. • Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Enablement) to marshal resources. • Take ownership and ensure proper and timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned PBMS and Partners. • Identify trends in partner feedback to recommend process improvements and enhance the partner experience. • Support annual Partner Business Planning, Quarterly Partner Reviews, and Monthly Partner Reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of partner or channel support
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Good collaboration skills
- Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills
