As an Algorithm and Applied AI Scientist (DSP), you will serve as the technical lead for an innovative project focused on advanced signal processing and data analytics applications. What You Bring - Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. - Over 4+ years of experience, demonstrated expertise in DSP-based methods (e.g., STFT, FFT, Hilbert, Wavelet, etc.), to extract features and anomalies from the data. - Over 2 years of professional experience in ML/AI, with a proven track record in modeling and analyzing complex time-series data. - Proven technical leadership experience in large-scale, multidisciplinary projects. - Hands-on experience working with real-world physical data and sensor signals. - High proficiency in Python for the full development lifecycle, including model deployment and performance monitoring. - Ability to independently research, architect, and implement innovative technological solutions. - Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous. - Capability to translate theoretical research into robust, scalable, and production-ready systems. - Experience thriving in agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration, continuous feedback, and professional growth. - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering. You are a highly motivated IT Support Technician with strong learning agility and a genuine desire to grow in the IT field to join our global IT team. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT support in our Haifa office while also supporting remote employees across the US, Europe, and India. This is a hands-on position focused on user support, troubleshooting, hardware logistics, and ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations. You will report directly to the IT Team Lead and gain exposure to modern SaaS environments, global IT operations, and enterprise support practices while building a strong technical foundation. A Day in Your Life - User Support & Troubleshooting- Provide first-line technical support for employees in the Haifa office and globally. Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, as well as common business applications and SaaS tools. - Onboarding & Offboarding- Manage the full IT lifecycle for employees, including account provisioning, hardware setup for new hires, and secure offboarding with access revocation and asset collection. - SaaS Administration Support- Assist in managing and provisioning access to core platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com. - IT Asset Management- Oversee IT inventory at the Haifa site, including receiving equipment from vendors, preparing laptops and workstations, and ensuring employees are fully equipped for success. - Office & Infrastructure Support- Support daily IT operations in the office, including workstation setup, Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting, and basic audio/visual (A/V) support for meeting rooms. - Global Remote Support- Provide responsive remote IT support to employees across multiple regions using remote support tools, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for distributed teams. - On-Site Presence- This role is 100% on-site in our Haifa office, with occasional travel to our Ramat Gan hub (near Savidor Central station) as needed. What You Bring - Strong technical foundation (e.g., IT courses, certifications, military technical service, or self-driven projects). You’ll build a comprehensive view of our market landscape (competitors, industry trends, buyer priorities, and emerging threats) and turn that intelligence into strategic recommendations and actionable collateral that directly impact win rates and roadmap priorities. You will work cross-functionally to support our field teams with collateral, insights, talk tracks, etc. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented person who loves storytelling with data and being the person the business turns to for clarity in a noisy market.
