Job Description
Senior Talent Partner
Pindrop
• Own end-to-end recruiting for PRE roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Engineering Leadership, Product Managers, Product Designers, Data Scientists, Security Engineers, Applied Researchers), from intake through offer acceptance. • Lead a high-touch, high-caliber recruitment process that combines clear, proactive communication with a technically rigorous evaluation, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. • Run intake/kickoff meetings to define technical success profiles, required competencies, interview panel design, leveling, and timelines. • Build and execute strategic sourcing strategies (outbound, referrals, networks, technical communities, events, tools) to attract top technical talent in competitive markets. • Create and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for priority and recurring roles, including proactive talent pooling for future engineering and product needs. • Partner closely with hiring managers, Engineering and Product leaders, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders as a trusted advisor on talent market insights, trade-offs, and hiring decisions. • Facilitate structured, competency-based and skills-based interviews and debriefs, ensuring fair, consistent, and evidence-driven hiring decisions. • Be data-obsessed. Maintain absolute accuracy and completeness in Greenhouse, and use funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, drive measurable improvements, and clearly report progress. • Serve as a true partner to Finance and People Operations, ensuring headcount planning, leveling alignment, offer approvals, and compensation calibration are executed with precision and total responsibility • Bring a strong innovation mindset and applied AI expertise to continuously elevate recruiting processes, streamline workflows, and improve assessments, interview training, tools, and candidate communications in support of a scalable, high-performance talent engine.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Product, Engineering, Research, Data, or other highly technical roles. You understand that talent quality directly determines company trajectory.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, ideally with remote or distributed teams, where speed and precision both matter.
- A demonstrated track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing senior-level technical talent in highly competitive markets. You do not settle for “good enough.” You pursue and close the best.
- Deep proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and modern sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities), paired with a near-maniacal standard for data accuracy. Your systems are audit-ready at all times.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior technical stakeholders (Directors, VPs, Heads of Engineering/Product). You understand the business implications of every hire and operate accordingly.
- A relentless drive to support the business. You move with urgency, own outcomes, and do not drop balls. Sloppy process, missed follow-ups, and inaccurate data are unacceptable.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to build smarter recruiting workflows — automating where appropriate, increasing efficiency, improving candidate screening rigor, and continuously modernizing processes. You think in systems, not tasks.
- Strong operational instincts and organizational discipline, with the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy, rigor, or candidate experience.
