What You'll Do: - Lead the design and layout for full-scale Dungeons & Dragons products, including core rulebooks, campaign settings, and high-profile releases! - Establish and evolve visual systems for product lines—creating templates, design languages, and typographic hierarchies that support both usability and immersive worldbuilding. - Concept and create graphic style guides, cover designs, specialty packaging, and non-standard formats (deluxe editions, inserts, accessories). - Serve as the graphic design lead on projects: scoping design needs, coordinating with editors, illustrators, and production, and ensuring all visual assets deliver on time at a high standard. - Support the art team by collaborating with Art Directors, Production Artists, and Digital Designers to ensure each product feels cohesive, accessible, and inspiring. - Contribute to continuous improvement of design tools, workflows, and asset pipelines in collaboration with production and digital teams. What You'll Bring: - 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, layout, or publishing with a proven track record to own and deliver sophisticated design projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with expert-level understanding of layout systems and typography. - A portfolio that shows clean, high-impact editorial design with an emphasis on fantasy, storytelling, or entertainment properties. - Proven track record to lead design reviews and provide creative direction on layout execution and visual structure. - Experience managing production timelines and collaborating cross-functionally with art, editorial, and print production teams. - Strong creative judgment paired with excellent technical execution and a deep respect for detail. - Strong communication skills and comfortable giving and receiving feedback. - High attention to detail and organization. - Experience working with existing IPs and franchises. Nice to Have: - Familiarity with accessibility standards in publishing or interactive storytelling. - Knowledge of D&D’s tone, audience, and content structure, or similar genre entertainment brands. - Comfortable working across print, digital, and marketing platforms as needed. - Love for entertainment, other TTRPG brands, and exploring new avenues in traditional graphic design practices. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office. #Wizards The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package. Coordinator, Visual Merchandising Hybrid Local: VM & Store Design Full time 50155015 New York, New York, United States   Description The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will support the Manager of VM and the AVP of VM across all activities planned on our distribution calendar for Sephora and Ulta. They will support in successfully translating and implementing the placement of all regional visual standards, planograms, 2D graphic artwork and guidelines set forth under the directive of the global team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. They will be a key creative contributor to support on designing regional needs including gondola updates, and animations/pop ups. They will also support the VM Manager on all administrative, visual logistics and directives across all different activities planned on our VM/marketing/sales calendar. This role also requires the VM Coordinator to build partnerships with sales managers, creative agencies, manufacturers, suppliers, printers and follow up processes necessary to effectively complete directives with extreme high standards.  The work is based in our New York office, but could require some travel to visit suppliers, check artwork, productions and mock-up of units, visuals, and other props developed for the final installations.
