• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and readability of all content in assigned subject areas. • Edit a variety of deliverables for style, tone, grammar, branding, and audience while ensuring that content adheres to each client’s unique preferences and requirements. • Develop and edit content to published specifications. • Work closely with teammates across disciplines to polish and finalize deliverables, including verifying substantiation, requesting permission to cite third-party resources, and identifying missing/incorrect content in templated materials. • Identify essential information and key takeaways within content and verify that any key claims include appropriate substantiation. • Review content for AI writing artifacts and red flags and edit to use more natural language while preserving the essential information.

• Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, guides • Create visual systems/templates for repeatable campaigns • Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives • Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards • Partner closely with the writer and PM on rapid-turn deliverables

• Develop core messaging frameworks (what, why, how) for Total Rewards programs • Write high-quality program communications, including employee emails, announcements, and manager guidance • Create manager toolkits and talking points to support effective cascade communications • Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and global markets • Partner with project managers and creative teams to bring communication strategies and narratives to life • Translate and simplify complex topics such as benefits, compensation, performance, and development into clear, engaging content

• Produce explainer videos to support HR and Total Rewards programs (e.g., benefits updates, program launches) • Create animated content for campaigns such as open enrollment, wellbeing initiatives, and employee programs • Develop short-form, “snackable” video content designed for employee and manager consumption • Support leadership storytelling through internal videos, clips, and executive communications • Partner closely with communications leads to translate messaging into effective motion and video content • Contribute to creative concepting and storytelling approaches that enhance engagement and clarity

• Drive requirements gathering through user research across a wide variety of users and stakeholders. • Translate ideas, user needs, and business requirements into clear, high‑fidelity user interface designs using Figma. • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications that bring concepts to life and ensure clarity for both stakeholders and developers. • Facilitate iterative design reviews with stakeholders, validate usability, and refine designs based on feedback. • Own the translation of stakeholder feedback and research insights into user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritize and maintain the feature backlog. • Collaborate closely with outsourced/offshore developers to ensure accurate implementation of Figma designs, clarify requirements, and maintain alignment throughout development. • Manage day‑to‑day development activities, including sprint planning, QA coordination, and release schedules. • Maintain product roadmaps for BD Performing Arts software platforms, both third‑party and proprietary. • Collaborate with partners inside and outside BD Performing Arts to innovate offerings and support technical initiatives across the organization. • Report progress, risks, and results to executive leadership on a regular cadence.

• Serve as editor of our news site and daily blog, working with the managing editor and writing team to help decide which content to highlight on our homepages each day, maintaining high standards for all headlines, copy and visuals. • Plan blog content and work with stakeholders and writers to develop and execute, including coming up with ideas, creating content plans, editing, assisting with reviews/approvals and ensuring excellence in final product. • Edit and update content including blog posts, media resources and other items, refining writing structure, tone and clarity, complying with Associated Press (AP) style and company style guidelines. • Build and publish press releases, blog posts, press resources and various content quickly and accurately in our content management system, often on deadline. • Write short content including social copy, headlines, link text and captions. • Work with platform team as needed to troubleshoot and test new features, and write/update how-to guidance for publishing tasks. • Assist in occasional after-hours or weekend editing/publishing work as needed, depending on news.

• Own the rhythm of business for the program, including planning, tracking inventory and triage reviews, and running program operations • Work closely with Lead Developer on Offshore team to ensure alignment with development goals • Maintain clear visibility by overseeing daily and weekly reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies, and proactively address issues that may impact delivery • Coordinate work across stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and decisions are made in a timely manner • Translate technical work into clear status updates, timelines, and lightweight documentation for technical and non-technical audiences • Track action items, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management and engineering tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent • Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment that emphasizes quality, predictability, and continuous improvement

• Drive end to end execution of security assessments that include: Creating assessment questionnaires • Conduct kickoffs, review assessment responses, and identify risks/control gaps from a risk management perspective • Perform risk scoring exercise and maintain risks in the risk register • Track implementation (and adherence) of security requirements across engineering groups/teams • Collaborate with partner teams to build continuous monitoring capabilities/reports for security requirements • Validate compliance to security requirements and drive compliance sign off process for upcoming releases • Coordinate with partner teams on security scope and finalize implementation requirements • Support strategy and roadmap development for existing and emerging cybersecurity certification and/or regulatory requirements for internal/external audit needs • Support risk management process enhancements • Support the development and ongoing maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Work with assigned groups to ensure security compliance • Create and maintain risk dashboards using Power BI or similar tools and report to leadership • Socialize risks/control gaps with service owners • Support certification and audit preparation efforts for internal and external regulatory requirements. • Drive execution of Security Compliance frameworks (NIST, SDLC, etc.)
