Digital Designer

VALD

• Develop digital design projects from concept to completion. • Execute digital design projects from concept through to finished assets, with guidance from senior designers when needed. • Work closely with marketing, product and sales teams to turn messaging and ideas into engaging visual content. • Develop intuitive user interfaces and seamless customer journeys through wireframing, prototyping, and layout design. • Optimize visual elements to ensure a flawless user experience across various devices and screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile). • Apply in-depth knowledge of user-centric design, usability standards, and customer journey mapping. • Ensure all digital assets and layouts conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). • Create and refine visual assets for web, digital advertising and internal communications. • Edit, update and adapt existing designs while maintaining brand consistency and layout integrity. • Share ideas and contribute to team discussions on design direction and creative solutions. • Stay aware of current design trends, tools and best practices to support efficient, high-quality outputs. • Present design concepts clearly and respond constructively to feedback. • Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, staying organised and detail-oriented.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or UX/UI design (or similar).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
  • High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Web design experience and understanding of web best practices (basis HTML/CSS knowledge desirable).
  • Knowledge of platform specifications, including aspect ratios, image dimensions, and interface constraints of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated ability to weave strategic narratives through visual design, typography, and layout.
  • Strong eye for detail, formatting and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent ability to interpret, challenge and work from creative briefs.
  • Confident presenting concepts clearly and justifying design decisions.
  • Skilled gathering, interpreting and implementing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing several projects at once and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motion graphics, 3D design and advertising or agency background highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Please submit your resume in English).

Coordinator, Visual Merchandising Hybrid Local: VM & Store Design Full time 50155015 New York, New York, United States   Description The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will support the Manager of VM and the AVP of VM across all activities planned on our distribution calendar for Sephora and Ulta. They will support in successfully translating and implementing the placement of all regional visual standards, planograms, 2D graphic artwork and guidelines set forth under the directive of the global team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. They will be a key creative contributor to support on designing regional needs including gondola updates, and animations/pop ups. They will also support the VM Manager on all administrative, visual logistics and directives across all different activities planned on our VM/marketing/sales calendar. This role also requires the VM Coordinator to build partnerships with sales managers, creative agencies, manufacturers, suppliers, printers and follow up processes necessary to effectively complete directives with extreme high standards.  The work is based in our New York office, but could require some travel to visit suppliers, check artwork, productions and mock-up of units, visuals, and other props developed for the final installations.
