Safety Product Sales Specialist

• Deliver on-site training sessions, acting as a “train the trainer” resource for IMRs and end users. • Conduct safety walk-throughs at customer facilities, identifying hazards, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Educate clients on OSHA and EPA compliance requirements, delivering clear, actionable recommendations. • Champion the STUD-E platform and mobile app to drive effective adoption and usage. • Support sales teams with customer visits, presentations, and live tool demonstrations. • Document findings and deliver easy-to-understand compliance reports. • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend and support product enhancements. • Promote safety improvements that reduce risks, prevent fines, and support business outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Environmental Safety (OHES), Safety, Industrial Supervision or Operations Management. OR sales-related education (e.g., sales certificate) with demonstrated business acumen and soft skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the U.S.
- OSHA training or certifications
- Experience with safety audits, hazard recognition, or compliance assessments
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
