• Manages the sales effort of NSK Corp within a sales territory. • Assumes higher level of responsibility for sales and product leadership as defined by one's supervisor. • Maintains good sales relationships and supports NSK sales efforts at our existing customers. • Develops new sales opportunities and new customers for NSK. • Forecasts customer needs and relays customer requirements to appropriate NSK support personnel. • Reports to NSK on commercial, economic, and competitive issues affecting the business. • Provides training on NSK products and services to end users and customers. • Attends training in NSK products and applications in strategic market segments.
• Execute the national sales strategy within the region to achieve or exceed business plan. • Develop and implement regional sales plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with meeting or exceeding business plan. • Identify growth opportunities by market segment, product line, and key customer accounts. • Drive disciplined pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting. • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers to maximize performance. • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement development plans. • Ensure consistent application of sales processes, CRM usage, and value-based selling methodologies. • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused sales culture. • Manage and optimize authorized distributor relationships across the region. • Lead joint business planning, performance reviews, and corrective action plans with distributors. • Ensure compliance with distribution agreements, pricing policies, and brand standards. • Identify, evaluate, and recommend new distribution partners as needed. • Personally manage strategic and high-impact regional accounts as required. • Support sales team efforts in complex negotiations, major bids, and long-term supply agreements. • Build strong relationships with key OEMs, end users, and channel partners at multiple organizational levels. • Act as the escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely resolution. • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure customer requirements are met. • Provide market intelligence on competitive activity, pricing trends, and customer needs. • Support new product launches, pricing initiatives, and promotional programs within the region.

• Lead the sales organization to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets in alignment with the company's business plan • Develop and execute national go-to-market strategies, quarterly initiatives, and annual sales plans • Translate corporate objectives into clear, actionable sales strategies for the OEM sales team • Directly manage, coach, and develop the OEM sales team, both Regional Managers and Territory Managers • Implement structured performance management processes, including KPI tracking, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and individual development plans (IDPs) • Strengthen relationships with key customers across the country to drive specification of the NSK brand • Support the sales team in contract negotiations to secure long-term profitable business growth for NSK and mitigate risks to the organization • Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts using data-driven methodologies • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance to support growth initiatives
• Assists with the development and implementation of sales objectives and planning strategies for present and potential accounts. • Coordinates appropriate call plans to all NSK industrial distributors and their user markets within the assigned territory. • Prepares and maintains field sales records, reports and customer forecasts. • Addresses and resolves technical requests from NSK customers and their end users. • Execute high quality, opportunity driven sales calls at NSK Distributors, End Users, and defined Target Accounts. • Effective time management and territory management to ensure complete coverage of assigned territory. • Utilize, Maintain, and Update Sales Activities and Opportunities using com on a daily basis. • Implement and oversees critical inventory level for Key Customers • Document cost savings using the AIP process submitted monthly. • Proactive sales expansion on Strategic Core Accounts with all Distributors. • Active development of new Target Account opportunities with all Distributors. • Proactive and reactive conflict and complaint resolution both external and internal, as required. • Assist in providing product forecast, by part number, by customer, where possible.
