The role focuses on driving channel performance, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence through business development and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications - BA in business, marketing, communications, or related field. MBA or related business degree preferred. - Strong partnership management & business development background. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, partner relationship management or related field. - Ability to identify and map business strengths and customer needs. - Ability to oversee and execute multiple projects, teams, and individuals with a proactive and adaptive mindset. - Ability to work collaboratively and combine ideas to best benefit the customer. - Analytical thinker with experience in qualitative and quantitative analytics. - Maintain a strong understanding of products and services, innovating new ways to serve B2B channel. - High-level stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with senior level executives both externally and internally. - Demonstrated strength with digital technologies and how they are transforming customer experience and engagement, including knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products and CRM. - Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment. - Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English) as well as (one of) the assigned region language(s).
