Litigation Attorney, Workers' Compensation

ICW Group

• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases • Provide litigation services for assigned Workers’ Compensation matters • Manage the legal process from investigation to trial prep • Represent ICW Group in various courts and administrative boards • Analyze legal and factual issues and develop defense strategies • Provide accurate legal analysis and strategic recommendations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
