Role Description We are looking for a high-impact Sales Development Representative who is driven to create pipelines and win new business. This is not a passive role—you will be expected to aggressively pursue opportunities, challenge prospects, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to automotive dealers. In this role, you will educate dealer groups on how PCA drives measurable results: - Increasing revenue - Reducing operating costs - Accelerating cash flow You will leverage a database of 15,000+ leads along with established state association relationships to generate net new revenue and build a consistent pipeline. Responsibilities - Own and aggressively pursue new business opportunities within assigned state associations and CRM database. - Engage, challenge, and educate prospects on PCA’s value proposition. - Drive commitments to next steps: demos, webinars, and PPR audits. - Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline through disciplined outreach. - Travel up to 15 days per month to attend and capitalize on association events. What Success Looks Like - Relentless activity including phone calls that drives results: - Minimum 5 qualified demos or PPRs per week for the Executive Team. - Diligent use of our Customer Relationship Management system to consistently receive: - 25+ rooftop processing statements per month - $4M+ in net new revenue per month. - Consistent overachievement of pipeline and revenue targets and KPIs: - Activity = phone dials, follow up emails, statements received, Profit Protection Reports or demos scheduled and LOIs signed.
