Role Description We’re looking for a technically skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, secure, and optimize the networks that keep modern businesses running smoothly. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in building resilient infrastructures that enable clients to scale confidently while maintaining high standards of uptime and security. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure engineering roles - Strong hands-on expertise with Fortinet technologies, Cisco networking solutions, and Cisco Meraki environments - Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure within client-facing environments - Working knowledge of Azure networking concepts, including Virtual Networks (VNets), VPN Gateway, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and hybrid connectivity models - Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills - Proven ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience developing technical documentation and implementation procedures - A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in remote working environments - Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to delivery Requirements - Act as a technical lead across Fortinet, Cisco, and Meraki environments - Support and advise on hybrid networking initiatives involving Microsoft Azure environments - Collaborate on the design and optimization of Azure networking components, including VNets, VPN connectivity, NSGs, and hybrid integrations - Guide clients through technical decisions, presenting recommendations clearly and confidently - Partner with leadership teams on pre-sales activities, solution development, and technical scoping - Lead network implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives - Troubleshoot complex networking issues and provide expert-level operational support - Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices - Support post-deployment activities to ensure long-term success and stability - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes - Participate in planned upgrade windows and maintenance activities when required - Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and support onboarding efforts within the team Benefits - Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 - Competitive vacation to support your wellbeing - Professional Development: Opportunity for long-term career progression within a collaborative organisation
