Role Description We’re looking for a technically skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, secure, and optimize the networks that keep modern businesses running smoothly. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in building resilient infrastructures that enable clients to scale confidently while maintaining high standards of uptime and security. • Partner with business and technical teams to establish and operationalize data governance practices • Influence how data is defined, captured, and used across multiple lines of business • Drive improvements in data quality, integrity, and consistency through root cause analysis and stakeholder collaboration • Define and maintain data definitions, metadata, and lineage to ensure transparency and trust • Support the rollout and adoption of data governance tools (e.g., cataloging, data quality platforms) • Help shape AI-ready data practices, ensuring data is structured, complete, and fit for advanced analytics • Embed governance standards into day-to-day workflows—not just policies on paper • Contribute to data privacy, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts • Establish visibility into data health through metrics, monitoring, and reporting • Act as a key driver in building a culture where data is treated as a strategic asset
• Act as an escalation point for Level 1 technicians, resolving complex desktop, server, and network issues within SLA expectations • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Exchange Online • Diagnose email and connectivity issues (SMTP, POP, IMAP, network-related problems) • Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V • Handle networking and security troubleshooting (TCP/IP, firewalls, access issues) • Contribute to project work, including system migrations, cloud transitions, and infrastructure improvements • Assist with backup and disaster recovery planning and execution for client systems • Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and client environments

• Maintain, enhance, and debug an established PHP backend • Design and build new features and microservices using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript • Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Vue.js 3 and Nuxt.js • Gradually migrate functionality from the legacy PHP system to the modern stack • Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot applications running in AWS • Work with cloud services such as ECS, databases, caching, and storage as part of day-to-day development • Collaborate closely with product, client services, and fellow engineers • Perform code reviews and mentor other developers • Influence architectural direction and establish engineering best practices • Take ownership of features from design through production
