• Perform configuration and commissioning of network infrastructure and connected devices during project execution. • Configure, test, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and firewalls during commissioning activities. • Verify network connectivity, routing, VLANs, redundancy mechanisms, and overall system integration. • Provide remote support for offshore installations once connectivity has been established. • Implement, modify, and maintain firewall policies and network configurations in accordance with operational requirements. • Support a high volume of network changes during the transition to offshore operations, including frequent updates to firewall rules, routing, and network segmentation. • Troubleshoot network-related issues and support incident resolution in collaboration with project and operations teams.

• Monitor and support the Production Data Warehouse environment • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL jobs, data loads, and performance bottlenecks • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth operations and incident resolution • Perform root cause analysis for incidents and recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of support and maintenance processes.

• Ensure successful execution of daily and monthly process launches within data warehouses and financial reporting systems • Manage and maintain the underlying databases supporting our financial reporting solution, including performance optimization of SQL queries. • Design and implement effective database archiving strategies to ensure scalability and long‑term data integrity.

• Proactively monitor and support the Production Data Warehouse environment daily to guarantee seamless stability and uninterrupted operations. • Drive the successful execution and punctual completion of all End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Month (EOM) processes. • Expertly troubleshoot and resolve challenges related to ETL jobs, data loading, and performance issues to keep systems running optimally. • Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth workflows and swift incident resolutions. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including operational procedures, runbooks, and support guides, to empower the team and streamline processes.

• Join a 3 months length paid internship program. • Work as Junior Software Engineer on real projects. • Collaborate with a team of experts in software engineering.

• Design, build and maintain Kubernetes clusters on dedicated servers to support high‑throughput scraping APIs. • Develop and manage infrastructure‑as‑code using Ansible or SaltStack to provision servers, deploy services and automate routine tasks. • Deploy and tune Redpanda (or similar Kafka‑compatible streaming) clusters, Valkey caches and Elasticsearch indexes to ensure low latency and high availability. • Implement monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics and related tools; build dashboards and respond to incidents. • Plan capacity and optimise resource utilisation across hundreds of servers; participate in scaling decisions based on traffic patterns and new features. • Collaborate with developers to design new microservices and ensure infrastructure meets performance and security requirements. • Troubleshoot complex system issues, from network bottlenecks to container runtime problems, and implement durable fixes. • Contribute to documentation, post‑mortems and continuous improvement of our DevOps practices.
