Job Description

IFM Sourcing Lead

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

• Lead a team of sourcing managers for an aerospace and defense client • Work directly with Sourcing & Procurement leadership, Account leadership, and Clients to manage expectations and deliver strategic sourcing solutions • Drive program implementation and monitor success, ensuring all accounts meet KPI and goals set by Sourcing & Procurement and Client • Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement • Build strong cross-functional relationships and proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities • Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies, and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the portfolio of managed accounts • Partner with internal operations teams such as JLL Facility Management and Project Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including Corporate Legal and Risk Management, to ensure contractual compliance and proper approval processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • 5-10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services
  • Ability to develop category strategies based on market information, benchmarks, financial analyses, and best practices
  • Experience with Annual Sourcing Plan development and implementation oversight
  • Proven ability to review and analyze data to make effective business decisions
  • Experience partnering teams with operations through management, detailed instruction, and continuous follow-up to support standardized RFP/bid and contract processes
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures
  • Experience leveraging sourcing technology tools where applicable
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to establish connections with key stakeholders across legal, risk management, and operations teams
