M&A Sourcing Specialist
Integrated Dermatology
Role Description The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Sourcing Analyst is responsible for creating acquisition opportunities within the dermatology market and building relationships with physician practice owners. This role serves as the first point of contact in the acquisition process and is responsible for generating qualified opportunities that advance through the transaction pipeline. - Identify, research, and prioritize independent dermatology practices that align with the company's acquisition strategy. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective acquisition targets. - Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, referrals, social networking, conferences, and industry events. - Build trusted relationships with physician owners, practice administrators, consultants, attorneys, and other referral sources. - Conduct introductory conversations with physician owners regarding potential partnership or acquisition opportunities. - Present qualified opportunities to the Business Development team for further evaluation. - Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sourcing activities. - Monitor dermatology industry trends and competitive activity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, recruiting, physician relations, M&A sourcing, or related fields. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment.
