• Be a key contributor on the global talent acquisition sourcing team, supporting the EMEA region sites • Partner closely with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to understand business groups deeply • Gather and present detailed talent market analysis and insights to influence recruitment strategies • Develop tailored and compelling employment propositions to targeted talent • Drive regular communication with stakeholders, outlining efforts, successes, and sourcing strategies

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience
  • Proven Professional Sourcing Professional with a track record of efficiently implementing sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment
  • Speak English and one or more additional language(s) - French, Spanish or Italian
  • Experience developing advanced Boolean strings across all major recruiting platforms – LinkedIn, Seek, HireEZ, etc.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of a robust recruitment CRM and ATS
