Role Description The Regional VP of Practice Operations is responsible for all facets of practice operations and strategic business development of the portfolio of medical practices. - Work closely with regional and practice leadership to drive optimal clinical operations, excellent patient satisfaction, best practices, and strategic growth initiatives. - Plan and execute ongoing strategic initiatives and planning for all practices. - Partner with business integration team to successfully on-board new practices, grow existing practices, and add service lines. - Work with and assist the marketing team to ensure practices have market presence, proper branding, and the opportunity to increase patient volume. - Monitor practice performance; review and approve monthly financials. - Work with the CFO in the preparation, review, and approval of annual budgets. - Evaluate practice productivity and provide recommendations for improvement. - Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Role Description We're looking for a Director of Marketing & Communications to own Integrated Dermatology's marketing function. This is a builder role. You'll be working directly with the Chief of Staff to support our corporate marketing strategy, stand up practice-level marketing support across our network, and drive measurable growth across the business. This role requires someone equally comfortable thinking through brand strategy and getting into the work themselves, whether that's drafting practice acquisition content, briefing a paid media agency, or building a HubSpot workflow. This role does not include a large team, but you’ll have appropriate support to accomplish your marketing strategy. By eliminating transportation barriers, we deliver early detection, faster treatment and better quality of life for residents. The Patient Care Coordinator (Account Manager) is the liaison between the senior communities, patients and the practitioners. The Account Manager will be responsible for creating/finalizing practitioner schedules, managing relationships with the key decision makers within the community or facility and ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our services. This role is to also maximize the provider’s visit at the facility while ensuring accurate patient information is documented. You will need to have a complete understanding of insurance eligibility and requirements for referrals or pre-authorizations.
