• Own the Americas field marketing strategy, aligned to Extreme’s revenue goals, regional sales priorities, and vertical market focus. • Translate corporate GTM strategy into regional, segment‑specific field plans across Canada, US, and Latin America markets. • As a strategic partner with Sales and Channel leadership, align plans on where, when, and how investments will generate the highest return. • Lead the innovative use of AI across field marketing, including: - AI-enabled creation of repeatable, on brand, bill-of-materials for regional and vertical campaigns - Predictive account and territory prioritization - Event and program performance analysis - AI‑enabled personalization for executive and ABM experiences - Automated post‑event follow‑up • Apply AI insights to optimize budget allocation, program mix, and regional investments in real time. • Champion a test‑and‑learn culture, using AI to shorten feedback loops and continuously improve ROI. • Own the planning and execution of high‑impact field programs, including: - Industry and partner MDF events - Executive dinners and C‑suite engagements - Roadshows, regional activations, and customer forums - Account‑based targeted demand (1:1, 1:few) • Tightly integrated programs with digital demand, ABM, BDR, corporate campaigns, and partner marketing. • Drive consistent messaging, positioning, and value articulation in partnership with Product Marketing. • Own the Americas field marketing results, including: - Weekly reporting on marketing‑sourced and influenced pipeline - Revenue impact and deal acceleration - Program‑level ROI and cost efficiency • Measure and help teams understand success metrics for every field investment to improve decision-making. • Use AI and advanced analytics to surface insights, trends, and ROI optimization opportunities. • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of regional field marketing leaders and managers. • Build a teamwork-first, high‑performance, outcomes‑driven culture focused on accountability, innovation, and collaboration. • Influence cross‑functional stakeholders without relying on heavy process or hierarchy.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B field, regional, or integrated marketing experience, including senior leadership roles in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Proven success driving +$1B pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B SaaS technology company.
- Experience supporting direct sales and channel‑led GTM motions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, multi‑stakeholder deals, and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI in marketing—beyond experimentation—to improve targeting, execution efficiency, personalization, and ROI.
- Strong analytical orientation with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and lifetime value.
- Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, and analytics tools; comfort partnering deeply with Marketing Ops and RevOps teams.
