• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees across hardware, software, SaaS applications, and collaboration tools. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues. • Manage onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access changes. • Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, user accounts, and permissions. • Configure, deploy, and support macOS and Windows devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. • Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests using the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. • Maintain IT assets, software licensing, and operational documentation. • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve Enterprise IT operations.

• The AI Product Builder — Payments will help define and build the next generation of payment capabilities at Nymbus, including support for multiple payment rails, networks, message standards, settlement models, and integration patterns. • You will own the transformation of complex payment-domain problems into working, production-ready software. • You will design system behavior, author implementation-ready specifications, shape APIs and data models, prototype solutions, and participate directly in implementation using AI-assisted development workflows. • You must understand how money moves—not only at the feature or requirements level, but at the system, message, transaction, settlement, and operational levels. • You understand that the difficult parts of payments live in timeouts, duplicate messages, reversals, returns, cutoffs, partial failures, unavailable endpoints, liquidity constraints, and ambiguous transaction states. • You will not simply maintain a backlog and hand requirements to an engineering team. You are the primary product maker and payments-domain builder within the squad.

• Execute production and non-production deployments using Helm, ArgoCD, and Rancher, following established release procedures and exercising independent judgment when conditions deviate from expected. • Manage Helm chart configurations and releases, ensuring deployments are consistent, repeatable, and aligned with the intended release state across environments. • Use ArgoCD to monitor application sync status, manage rollouts, and respond to drift or deployment failures in a timely and methodical manner. • Operate within Rancher to manage Kubernetes cluster workloads, validate pod health, and troubleshoot deployment-level issues across environments. • Build working knowledge of the Nymbus platform architecture to inform deployment decisions and speed up issue diagnosis. • Participate in off-hours release windows, including evenings and weekends as scheduled, to support deployments that require low-traffic maintenance windows. • Monitor system behavior immediately following deployments, identifying anomalies early and escalating or rolling back as appropriate. • Contribute to release documentation, deployment runbooks, and post-release summaries. • Partner with the Release Coordination team to confirm deployment readiness, flag blockers early, and maintain clear communication throughout the release cycle. • Use AI coding tools as a core part of how you work: drafting and reviewing merge requests, generating boilerplate config and chart changes, and speeding up routine deployment tasks. • Identify repetitive or manual steps in the release process and build small tools, scripts, or automations (AI-assisted or otherwise) to eliminate them and streamline the team's workflow.

• Own and oversee end-to-end service delivery across all managed services operational domains • Hold SLA accountability • Lead and develop two established operational leaders and their teams • Serve as the senior escalation point for operational client issues requiring executive-level engagement • Lead the redesign of the Banking Operations model with agentic AI, automation, and scalability as first principles • Partner with product, engineering, and the Applied AI Practice to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key managed services clients • Hire, develop, and retain operational leaders who can execute in a transformation environment

• Own the overall strategy to increase the lifetime value of account holders • Simplify and translate complex technical/banking product capabilities into high-impact marketing stories that accelerate the sales cycle • Increase funding rates for new account holders • Increase deposit and loan volumes of account holders • Increase product utilization of account holders • Nurture, engage, and educate account holders to increase retention rates • Own the post-acquisition member lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell, and retention—designing the journey framework, trigger logic, and success metrics for each stage • Design and manage 30/60/90-day onboarding programs that drive account funding, first-product activation, and early engagement habits for new members • Build and optimize cross-sell and upsell programs that progress members up the product ladder—from core account to deposits, loans, and ancillary products • Develop retention and win-back programs using behavioral signals and churn risk indicators to intervene before member attrition occurs • Own the member segmentation framework—behavioral, product-usage, and lifecycle-stage-based—that underpins all downstream programs and personalization strategies • Own the strategy and hands-on execution of email, push, and SMS marketing programs across multiple client brands, including ad-hoc communications, advanced marketing automation, and nurture campaigns • Build, test, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys directly within marketing automation platforms • Set quality standards and ensure consistency across all client programs; document SOPs and playbooks that scale best practices across the portfolio • Partner with marketing leadership to design and own client reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights and clearly communicate performance against strategic objectives • Synthesize cross-channel performance data, surfacing trends, diagnosing root causes, and driving data-informed optimization decisions with urgency and precision • Define measurement frameworks and govern campaign tracking infrastructure—including UTM standards, website tagging strategies, and analytics configuration—to ensure governance and data integrity across all client programs • Proactively scout and champion new lifecycle marketing opportunities across the client portfolio, leading cross-functional collaboration to develop, prioritize, and activate initiatives that deliver measurable business impact • Champion AI-driven marketing innovation, integrating predictive analytics and machine learning into lifecycle strategy and campaign execution
