Role Description We are looking for a growth-oriented digital marketing contractor who enjoys identifying opportunities, testing new ideas, and building sustainable acquisition strategies. You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can translate data and insights into measurable growth initiatives. The scope of this contract position includes assessing NewForm’s organic growth opportunities and delivering a prioritized roadmap for improving discoverability, acquisition, and conversion. During the contract period, this individual will identify, implement, and evaluate growth initiatives across search, app store discovery, referral pathways, content, and conversion experiences. Contract Scope - Conduct an assessment of existing acquisition channels, search visibility, app discoverability, and conversion pathways. - Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve organic acquisition, conversion, and member growth. - Develop and execute a focused growth experimentation roadmap across SEO, ASO, content, referral, and conversion initiatives. - Implement and optimize selected growth initiatives designed to increase discoverability and user acquisition. - Analyze performance and provide recommendations, documentation, and future-state roadmap for ongoing growth efforts. Qualifications - Experience driving growth, SEO/AEO, organic acquisition, or user acquisition initiatives for consumer apps, digital products, or engagement-driven platforms. - Strong understanding of SEO/AEO fundamentals, content strategy, search behavior, and organic growth channels. - Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile app acquisition strategies. - Experience analyzing performance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations. - Ability to independently prioritize initiatives, manage projects, and execute with minimal oversight. Requirements - Number of hours: 20-25 hours per week, approximately. - Location: Remote within the United States. - Schedule: Flexible within agreed-upon hours. - End date: 90-day contract with potential for long-term engagement. Role Description We are looking for a strategic and hands-on lifecycle marketing contractor who enjoys solving complex engagement challenges, identifying opportunities independently, and turning insights into action. You are equally comfortable analyzing user behavior, building campaigns, and developing recommendations that improve long-term member engagement. - Conduct a comprehensive review of NewForm’s lifecycle marketing ecosystem. - Deliver a prioritized roadmap to improve activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. - Identify opportunities for optimization and implement selected lifecycle initiatives. - Provide recommendations for future lifecycle investment. - Assess existing lifecycle marketing programs, user journeys, segmentation strategies, and engagement performance. - Identify key areas of user friction, drop-off, and opportunity across the member lifecycle. - Develop and execute a prioritized lifecycle optimization roadmap focused on activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. - Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns, journeys, and experiments within Braze. - Analyze results and provide recommendations, documentation, and a future-state roadmap for ongoing lifecycle improvements. Qualifications - Experience leading lifecycle, CRM, retention, or engagement initiatives for consumer apps, digital products, or engagement-driven platforms. - Strong hands-on experience with Braze or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms and analytics tools. - Experience developing testing strategies, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. - Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to create compelling user communications. - Ability to independently prioritize opportunities, manage projects, and execute with minimal oversight.
