• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer and close • Manage a portfolio of roles across the Americas and EMEA • Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, partnerships, and market mapping • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience • Partner closely with hiring managers, running strong intake and calibration conversations • Proactively identify risks, misalignment, and blockers and drive solutions • Manage funnel performance including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill • Drive pace and momentum across multiple concurrent searches • Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes, workflows, and outcomes • Contribute to and promote best practices and continuous improvement across the TA team

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring for GTM or Technical roles
  • Experience hiring across Americas and/or EMEA
  • Background in a SaaS or other dynamic, high-growth environment preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to partner, influence, and challenge
  • High ownership mindset; able to manage work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working across remote, global teams and time zones

Reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, this leader will own the operating system behind our hiring engine and lead the team responsible for recruiting operations, analytics, program management, enablement, candidate experience, systems, and tooling.
