• Execute a TikTok Shop affiliate strategy • Management of affiliate messaging system and discord communities • Manage social commerce initiatives across platforms • Track and report key metrics, provide affiliate commission strategies • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients • Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred)
  • Proactive in staying current with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates in the social media landscape
  • Proficiency in TikTok Shop Seller Center
  • Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem and proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media strategies for multiple clients
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Previous experience managing social commerce initiatives
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing influencer campaigns focused on driving specific performance metrics
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
