Job Description

Enterprise Risk Management – OCM Program Manager

• Support the development and execution of enterprise-wide risk management strategy across EPC and infrastructure-related programs. • Conduct current-state and future-state assessments across risk processes, tooling, governance structures, reporting practices, and stakeholder workflows. • Identify gaps in risk identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation, and reporting processes, and recommend scalable improvement solutions. • Develop process documentation, future-state process maps, governance models, transformation roadmaps, and executive-ready presentations. • Support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, onboarding, and training readiness. • Facilitate stakeholder alignment discussions, workshops, and working sessions across regional and cross-functional teams. • Support training rollout activities, including scheduling sessions, capturing feedback, tracking adoption readiness, and coordinating with stakeholder groups. • Analyze risk data across projects, regions, and portfolios to identify trends, escalation points, root causes, and potential business impacts. • Develop Power BI dashboards, executive reporting materials, and risk analytics to support leadership decision-making. • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on risk metrics, mitigation activities, governance progress, and program execution status. • Support the establishment of risk management rhythm-of-business processes, governance cadence, and escalation frameworks. • Lead or support weekly status reviews, two-week look-ahead planning, and program execution tracking. • Partner with senior stakeholders to align risk management goals, transformation priorities, and operational readiness milestones. • Operate independently in a fast-paced, complex, and highly matrixed environment while maintaining strong communication and follow-through.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, risk governance, program management, business transformation, or related roles.
  • Strong experience with enterprise risk management frameworks, governance models, risk registers, risk mitigation, escalation management, and executive risk reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, training programs, communications, or adoption initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, Power BI reporting, dashboard development, executive reporting, or risk trend analysis.
  • Experience conducting current-state and future-state assessments, gap analysis, process improvement, and transformation planning.
  • Ability to synthesize ambiguous or limited information into clear recommendations, insights, and executive-ready deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with risk reporting, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and business impact assessment.
  • Proven ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a large, global, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder influence abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
