• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining the general ledger, performing reconciliations, and assisting with the month-end and year-end close. • Prepare and post journal entries; maintain and update the chart of accounts. • Perform monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations. • Assist in preparing accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Oversee or assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. • Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset depreciation. • Ensure all financial records comply with GAAP. • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

• Process weekly payroll for 500+ employees with accuracy and timeliness • Maintain and update employee payroll records including new hires, terminations, and changes • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner • Generate and distribute payroll reports for management and finance teams • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations • Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate deductions, benefits, and tax reporting • Entering weekly invoices into Quickbooks and client billing systems for hours and expenses • Creating biweekly invoices in Quickbooks for clients • Assist with audits, reporting, and other payroll-related projects as needed

• Own travel and lodging logistics, including hotel sourcing, booking links, room blocks, and tracker maintenance • Lead check-in logistics planning and execution, including contracts, room setup, supplies readiness, and run-of-show coordination • Own badge and vest pipeline, including data collection, print coordination, shipment tracking, and issue resolution • Build and manage ATE communications, ensuring version control and accuracy across all distributions • Execute and improve compliance and onboarding follow-ups; manage and escalate risks proactively • Maintain and audit core trackers; provide structured weekly reporting and insights • Own the ATE database and ensure data integrity and completeness • Identify and implement process improvements leveraging AI and automation tools

• Generate and close new business opportunities within contact center and related service lines. • Lead contact center assessments for prospective clients, including staffing models, cost per contact, KPI performance, and quality programs. • Use assessments as a consultative entry point to drive new engagements. • Develop and expand executive-level client relationships. • Lead client presentations, sales pitches, and solution design discussions. • Own and contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and Statements of Work. • Partner with Finance and executive leadership on contract reviews and negotiations. • Maintain an active pipeline aligned to a $5M annual sales quota. • Serve as a trusted advisor on contact center strategy, operations, and CCaaS platforms. • Provide oversight and leadership support for contact center implementations and go-lives. • Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders. • Guide contact center optimization and performance improvement initiatives.

• Lead the end-to-end Epic training program in partnership with Epic staff • Manage training execution, including classroom coordination, scheduling, materials, and staff readiness • Lead and operationalize the Super User program, including training, engagement, and go-live deployment • Partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to ensure alignment with future-state workflows • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure training milestones are met • Provide clear updates to leadership and drive accountability across departments • Design and implement post-go-live training and sustainment programs, including refresher training and new hire onboarding • Mentor two training coordinators throughout the training process.

• Provide domain leadership across all platforms for the Clinical Solutions service line, setting priorities and direction in alignment with Ellit Groups' strategic goals, delivery standards, and service line objectives. • Oversee the refinement and execution of Clinical Solutions offerings — including inpatient nursing, ambulatory care, perioperative, and ancillary workflows — ensuring they remain current, competitive, and aligned with industry best practices. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical consultants and managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture through ongoing coaching, performance management, and career development. • Manage resource allocation across active engagements, balancing client needs, staff capacity, and individual personal and career development goals. • Maintain accountability for delivery quality and execution across all Clinical Solutions engagements, conducting regular health reviews and ensuring work products meet Ellit Groups' standards and client expectations. • Establish and monitor performance metrics related to delivery quality, consultant utilization, client satisfaction, and team health. • Serve as a trusted clinical advisor and primary domain point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring contractual, operational, and performance expectations are consistently met. • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate clearly with client and internal stakeholders to protect delivery quality and client satisfaction. • Engage as and partner with Client Success Partners to strengthen long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to deepen Ellit Groups' clinical impact within existing accounts. • Provide billable advisory and delivery oversight support as needed, including direct client engagement on complex or escalated clinical situations, and ensure appropriate documentation, reporting, and governance practices are followed. • Collaborate with all service line leadership to ensure Clinical Solutions delivery is well-integrated with broader client engagement strategies and EHR platform objectives across Epic, Oracle Health, and other supported platforms. • Oversee the development of internal tools, standards, and frameworks that improve clinical delivery consistency, scalability, and outcomes measurement.

• Assist in the development of new features for our iOS applications. • Integrate with backend services and APIs to ensure seamless functionality. • Write clear, maintainable, and efficient Swift code. • Identify and resolve bugs to improve application stability and user experience. • Explore and experiment with emerging iOS technologies and development practices. • Engage in team meetings and contribute to our agile development processes. • Leverage AI tools to streamline coding tasks and enhance development efficiency.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source top Health IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks • Review and screen applicants, routing qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiters • Manage sourcing strategies for both niche technical roles (Epic credentialed resources) and general business positions • Communicate with candidates and internal teams to deliver a high-touch, human-centered recruiting experience • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit) and CRM (Salesforce) • Lead ATS optimization initiatives, partnering with vendors to customize backend functionality • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, submittals, and pipeline activity
