Role Description O time de Revenue Operations tem a missão de desenhar, padronizar e escalar o motor de receita da Nuvemshop, conectando dados, processos e tecnologia ao dia a dia das operações de Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Onboarding e Customer Success. Atuamos de forma transversal, apoiando a tomada de decisão, garantindo consistência operacional e viabilizando crescimento com escala. Nosso foco é transformar operações complexas em processos claros, mensuráveis e sustentáveis, com impacto direto em aquisição, expansão de GMV, retenção de clientes e eficiência dos times. Nesta posição, você fará parte de um time que está construindo e evoluindo a operação, em um contexto de crescimento acelerado, múltiplos países e desafios reais de escala. - Executar e suportar o ciclo de planejamento da operação, incluindo definições de metas, budget, forecast e regras de comissionamento; - Entregar análises de performance diagnósticas para apoiar decisões táticas e estratégicas; - Calcular, acompanhar e reportar métricas e unit economics (ex.: LTV, CAC, Churn, Payback) para rituais executivos (WBR/MBR/QBR); - Desenvolver modelagens de capacidade e análises financeiras para sustentar decisões de crescimento e priorização; - Estruturar, documentar e otimizar processos operacionais e de go-to-market, garantindo alinhamento entre funil, jornadas e regras de negócio; - Apoiar a operação e governança do CRM, incluindo dados, relatórios, dashboards e automações; - Atuar em parceria com stakeholders para identificar desvios de performance, gargalos operacionais e oportunidades de melhoria. Qualifications - Experiência prévia em Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, Planejamento Comercial, Analytics, ou áreas correlatas; - Vivência em empresas de tecnologia/SaaS ou ambientes de alta complexidade operacional; - Experiência com ferramentas CRM (preferencialmente Hubspot); - Domínio avançado de Excel/Google Sheets para análise de dados e acompanhamento de KPIs; - Perfil analítico, com capacidade de execução, organização e visão de negócio; - Boa comunicação para estruturar problemas, sintetizar análises e interagir com stakeholders de diferentes níveis; - Visão estratégica e governança em IA para RevOps: capacidade em aplicar modelos preditivos de alto impacto (LTV, scoring, demand sensing) focando no retorno real de funil, garantindo critérios claros de auditabilidade, compliance e mitigação de vieses; - Mentalidade de aprendizado contínuo e experimentação: capacidade de usar senso crítico sobre dados e tendências globais de RevOps/AI para criar uma cultura de testes segura e elevar a barra estratégica do time. Requirements - Conhecimento em SQL; - Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados (Tableau, Power BI, Looker); - Vivência com ferramentas de automação no-code (Zapier, Make, n8n); - Espanhol e/ou inglês. The Dispatch Nurse will support both the IntellaTriage nurses as well as the clients with scheduling visits based on priority needs. We are looking for an LPN, part-time working every other weekend 10am-7pm CST. What You’ll Do: - Manage encounters that require a nurse visit and placed in a workgroup by a triage nurse. - Prioritize workgroup encounters based upon acuity and utilize internal tools to identify the correct on-call staff member. - Place outbound calls to our customers on-call staff to arrange visits and relay the call information. Qualifications - MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license. - MUST live in/work from a Compact US state. - Experience with end-of-life care is required. - Bilingual is a requirement, ability to speak, write, and read in English and Spanish proficiently. - Must have high-speed internet. - Must be tech-savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have keyboard competence. - Clear communicator. - Detail-oriented & reliable. - Comfortable using spreadsheets. - Able to multitask in a fast-paced role.
