• Manage and organize company documents, folders, and operational records • Maintain and administer systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Gusto • Monitor and manage operational inboxes and workflows • Take ownership of routine operational requests and administrative tasks • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Follow up with new hires and internal stakeholders to collect required information and documentation • Manage various company portals and administrative systems • Prioritize and route incoming requests appropriately • Track outstanding actions and ensure timely completion • Support process improvements and operational efficiencies where appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Coordinator role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Experience using Gusto or similar HR/payroll platforms
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously

Role Description We are hiring a Manager, Network Strategy & Operations to build and support the provider network that powers Rosarium. - Responsible for network development, management, and adequacy, allowing members to receive services in a timely manner. - Recruit, credential, contract, and provide network oversight to ensure all network providers are up to date on required documents and are meeting Rosarium standards and requirements. - Work directly with the Chief Clinical Officer and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the tools and processes used by providers and internal teams.
