Job Requirements
- Previous experience in an Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Coordinator role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using SharePoint
- Experience using Gusto or similar HR/payroll platforms
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously

Role Description We are hiring a Manager, Network Strategy & Operations to build and support the provider network that powers Rosarium. - Responsible for network development, management, and adequacy, allowing members to receive services in a timely manner. - Recruit, credential, contract, and provide network oversight to ensure all network providers are up to date on required documents and are meeting Rosarium standards and requirements. - Work directly with the Chief Clinical Officer and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the tools and processes used by providers and internal teams. What You'll Do - Build and manage the Provider Network. - Recruit clinicians (occupational therapists, physical therapists) and licensed contractors. - Onboard and support the contractor network. - Collaborate with operations to solve for network gaps. - Develop market launch plans to ensure adequate coverage. - Build relationships with universities, associations, and provider organizations. - Manage Provider Operations. - Oversee credentialing, contracting, network adequacy, and compliance. - Identify opportunities for improvement for onboarding and training, including resources to expand the knowledge and skills of network contractors. - Coordinate with Finance on provider payments. - Track key operational metrics such as timely credentialing/recredentialing. - Monitor performance of network timeliness, accuracy, and member satisfaction. - Partner with Product and Engineering to improve workflows.
