Position Summary We’re looking for a Systems Engineer II interested in building and operating infrastructure for delivering great software and high performance hardware appliances. Key Responsibilities - Install, maintain, and manage hardware and networking infrastructure for the software engineering team. - Validate and research future hardware product decisions. - Work closely with software, quality, and release engineers to ensure software is built, tested, and deployed correctly and consistently. - Manage all engineering code repositories, including branching, backup, access and creation. - Ensure 24x7 availability and responsiveness of services and infrastructure - including networking infrastructure, cloud environments, security tools, web applications, and third party tools. - Participate in on-call rotation - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications - Experience building, upgrading troubleshooting servers and hardware components. - 1+ years of experience with enterprise network interconnect. - 2+ years experience with Linux operating systems and enterprise server hardware. - Experience with one or more virtualization infrastructures, e.g. VMware, KVM. - Knowledge of networking and application protocols - e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, LDAP, TLS/SSL. - Direct experience with Git version control systems and hosting platforms (GitLab, GitHub). - Exposure to infrastructure and configuration management tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. - Security-oriented mindset in all operational matters. - Require on-premise work 4 days each week at our Corporate office in Seattle. - Must be able to safely lift and transport materials or equipment weighing up to 35 pounds as part of routine job duties. - This role requires the ability to regularly travel between our headquarters and our datacenter located in Kent, WA. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. - Please note that datacenter locations may change in the future, including potential expansion to additional sites either within Washington or in other states. Continued flexibility to support future travel needs will be essential. Preferred Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in a datacenter or colocation facility. - Certifications: A+, Security +, CCNA, etc. - Scripting skills on Unix/Linux platforms; Python and bash preferred. - History of working with CI/CD build pipelines. - Cloud virtualization platform experience, such as AWS EC2/EKS, Azure, or GCE/GKE. - Practical knowledge of building and using containers - e.g., Docker, containers. - Experience working with container orchestration such as Kubernetes, Mesos, Docker Swarm. - Experience building, upgrading troubleshooting servers and hardware components. The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 + bonus + benefits. • Design, develop and maintain services written in Go and Python powering ExtraHop’s products. • Lead and participate actively in agile development processes, code reviews, and technical strategy discussions. • Provide technical leadership to junior team members and leverage design and mentorship experience to help enable the team • Act as a technical expert, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity and collaborative problem solving. • Address technical debt proactively, continually improving our codebase and technical stack
• Lead development, refinement, and ownership of core SaaS metrics and KPIs, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with industry benchmarks • Support and analyze key SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, bookings, revenue, margins, renewals, customer lifetime value, and expense drivers • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other tools, with a focus on automation and scalability • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic insights, recommendations, and decision support through deep financial and operational analysis • Serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership, supporting long- and short-term planning across bookings, revenue, pipeline, and operating expenses by product, geography, and business segment • Work closely with the CRO and Sales Operations on sales capacity planning, quota setting, compensation design, and commission analysis • Prepare staffing and productivity analyses and deliver data-driven recommendations to executive leadership • Identify financial risks and opportunities that impact enterprise performance and support proactive decision-making • Lead the design and delivery of executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and visual storytelling for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reviews • Support consolidation of budgets and forecasts in partnership with FP&A team members, continuously improving models and reporting accuracy • Drive reporting, forecasting, and process improvements, including metric alignment, data integrity, and automation across systems • Prepare materials for Monthly Reporting Packages, Quarterly Business Reviews, and executive and Board-level presentations
• The Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of the company's non-sales compensation and rewards infrastructure. • Ensure that employees are paid accurately, competitively compensated, and informed about the total rewards package. • Lead a team of payroll professionals accountable for operational excellence and long-term program strategy. • Oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, compensation programs, and equity management. • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, HR Business Partners, and Executive Leadership.
