Role Description We invite you to join our growing team! IntellaTriage Nurses enjoy the benefits of working from home, providing care, without the stress and expense of commuting each day! The Dispatch Nurse will support both the IntellaTriage nurses as well as the clients with scheduling visits based on priority needs. We are looking for an LPN, part-time working every other weekend 10am-7pm CST. What You’ll Do: - Manage encounters that require a nurse visit and placed in a workgroup by a triage nurse. - Prioritize workgroup encounters based upon acuity and utilize internal tools to identify the correct on-call staff member. - Place outbound calls to our customers on-call staff to arrange visits and relay the call information. Qualifications - MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license. - MUST live in/work from a Compact US state. - Experience with end-of-life care is required. - Bilingual is a requirement, ability to speak, write, and read in English and Spanish proficiently. - Must have high-speed internet. - Must be tech-savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have keyboard competence. - Clear communicator. - Detail-oriented & reliable. - Comfortable using spreadsheets. - Able to multitask in a fast-paced role. Requirements - Part-time schedule: Work every other Saturday & Sunday 10a-7p CST. - All LPN's, once trained to their originally assigned team, are paid $19 per hour. - All nurses are eligible for a $1 shift differential for overnights and a $1 shift differential for weekends (Saturday & Sunday). - All part-time and full-time nurses accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours worked (per year). - All part-time and full-time nurses are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. - Full-time nurses may also participate in medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental insurances.
