Responsibilities - Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning that highlights the value of HPE Morpheus leveraging standard templates guiding you through the process. - Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute go-to-market strategies for existing and new product offerings, including product announcements and launches, aligning the marketing plan in support of the product roadmap and business objectives. - Content Creation: Execute impactful marketing collateral using company templates, including solution briefs, case studies, blogs, social posts, videos, presentations, and sales education materials. Partner with campaign teams to execute assets, such as landing pages, reports, and webinars. - Sales Enablement: Create sales enablement tools, such as competitive battle cards, product training materials, and objection-handling guides. - Customer Advocacy: Work closely with customer success teams to identify, track, and showcase customer success stories. Leverage customer feedback to recommend messaging updates and influence product roadmap decisions. Qualifications - Education: College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical. - Marketing Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in product marketing fundamentals and tactics. - Collaboration: Experience building strong relationships with people and teams in other groups, such as product, sales, and marketing teams. - Workstyle: Demonstrates strong independent working skills as a remote worker. - Technical: Beneficial to have a strong understanding of hybrid IT environments or AI-driven solutions. Role Description We're hiring a Head of Product Marketing to own how 4Minds is positioned, messaged, and brought to market. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who has done this before at an AI, data or analytics tech company and knows how to translate complex technology into compelling narratives that resonate with buyers, analysts, and the market. You'll work closely with product, sales, and leadership to build the foundation of our go-to-market motion from the ground up.
