• work across the FSP enterprise, creating and driving the strategy for meeting client specific FSP service needs • partner with our FSP Functional Leads/PeMs, HR Talent Acquisition teams and our FSP HR Business Partner • directly impacts the overall success of the proposal development process • leverage opportunities to achieve targets while enhancing customer relations • responsible for RFIs/ RFPs and supplemental documents for complex, multi-region, multi-service FSP projects/programs • operationalizing resource delivery strategy by translating strategy into actionable deliverables • collaborates with cross functional leadership team to assess success and profitability and ability to execute to plan • drives the development of the talent operations segment of the proposal deliverable • assesses cross functional satisfaction and recommends future actions • active participant in all aspects of preparation and deliverables associated with Talent Strategy and presentation at Bid Defense meetings

• Lead procurement of strategic packaging categories, managing a complex spend portfolio of approximately $30–$40M. • Partner cross-functionally to align on business needs and drive effective sourcing strategies, supplier selection, pricing, contracting, and supplier performance. • Develop and execute category strategies and annual sourcing plans. • Lead supplier negotiations, establishing contract pricing, terms, and conditions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a savings pipeline. • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends. • Manage supplier performance and proactively identify and mitigate supply risks.

• Liderar procesos de compras estratégicos end-to-end, elaborando cuadros comparativos y recomendaciones de adjudicación que identifiquen oportunidades reales de ahorro. • Mantener una comunicación clara con proveedores, gestionar su registro en los sistemas y apoyar el monitoreo de riesgos de terceros bajo los estándares de la CMF. • Apoyar el ciclo de vida de los contratos (elaboración, seguimiento de vencimientos) coordinando con las áreas de Legal, Finanzas y los solicitantes internos. • Gestionar el flujo de aprobación y seguimiento de Órdenes de Compra (OC) en SAP, asegurando la correcta recepción de bienes o servicios. • Identificar cuellos de botella en los flujos de compra y proponer automatizaciones o mejoras de procesos (apoyando la optimización de SAP Ariba).
