Sales Operations Specialist

Driven Brands Inc.

• Act as an extension of the Sales team by preconsulting with prospective customers via phone, email, and other digital communication channels to clarify needs. • Gather all applicable financial reports, sales management reports or estimates to begin preparing analysis for shop owner consultation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, follow-up, and customer service to ensure a positive experience. • Collaborate with sales teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to optimize lead generation efforts, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of automotive experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
