Mariner
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic coach to Independent advisors • Design, build, and oversee comprehensive advisor coaching and development programs • Provide individual and group coaching to advisors • Facilitate interactive training using workshops, role plays, peer coaching, simulations, and case-study-based methodologies • Develop scalable frameworks, growth paths, onboarding programs, and professional development initiatives • Cultivate internal advisor talent by identifying development needs and mentoring emerging advisors • Collaborate closely with Mariner Independent leadership to determine advisor development needs • Create effective training guides, playbooks, conversation frameworks, and learning resources • Support advisors in leveraging all available Mariner Independent technology • Assist advisors in clearly articulating their value proposition • Establish and monitor metrics, feedback loops, and performance benchmarks • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, accountability, and excellence
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor consulting, coaching, or practice management role to independent channels
- Preferred Education and Experience: CFP® or equivalent industry designation
