Job Description

Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships

CLEAResult

• Lead the intake, evaluation, and onboarding of external Partners that supplement CLEAResult’s capabilities • Own the documentation and contracting relationships with national Strategic Partners • Build and run the repeatable processes by which CLEAResult identifies capability gaps, sources and qualifies partners to fill them • Formalize those relationships through agreements that protect CLEAResult and accelerate market expansion • Work across Growth, Business Development, Operations/Delivery, Engineering, Legal, and Procurement to ensure that partner-supplemented solutions are commercially sound, contractually governed, and ready to deliver in CLEAResult’s portfolios

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, or energy-related fields
  • Demonstrated success building and managing strategic or channel partnerships, including partner sourcing, qualification, and onboarding
  • Experience negotiating, documenting, and managing commercial agreements (MSAs, teaming/partnership agreements, subcontracts, SOWs, NDAs) with national or enterprise partners
  • Strong understanding of demand side management, energy efficiency, renewable energy, or related solutions and the capabilities required to deliver them in regulated energy markets
  • Ability to assess a partner’s capabilities against CLEAResult’s gaps and articulate the value proposition of a partnership to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong financial and commercial analysis skills, with the ability to organize, document, and present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort working with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to move agreements through review and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, energy analysis, engineering, economics, or a related analytical field is preferred
