Vice President & General Manager, Clinical Asset Management

Role Description The Vice President and GM, Clinical Asset Management is responsible to lead the strategic vision, innovation, and operational execution for the CAM organization, including Clinical Asset Management and Mobile CAM Services (including Mobile Medical Equipment, GeoSense and RentalWatch programs). This leadership role translates enterprise strategy into scalable solutions that drive growth, performance, and customer value. - Lead the development, launch and scaling of new CAM solutions. - Translate strategy into scalable operational solutions and service offerings. - Work effectively with TRIMEDX executives and other functional leaders. - Recognize problems as opportunities for creativity, innovation, and change. - Champion and lead corporate-wide strategic initiatives. - Lead operating review meetings to communicate strategy and initiatives. Qualifications - Minimum 12 years’ overall experience. - At least 7 years of people leadership experience. - Extensive experience in clinical asset management operations. - High ability to utilize technology and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. - Proven ability to collaborate across support teams and stakeholders. - Experience in developing and building strong client relationships. - Strategic leadership skills to execute initiatives. - Conflict resolution and team building skills. - Continuous improvement process development skills. - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. - Strong operational experience with a focus on setting clear goals. - Ability to anticipate issues and develop plans to mitigate. - Highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving capabilities. - Demonstrated successful negotiation skills. - Prior experience with interacting with customers at the executive level. - Ability to be strategic as well as hands-on when necessary. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. - A Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or technological related field is ideal. - Master’s degree is desired, and an MBA is preferred. - Equivalent experience will be considered.
