Job Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in New York or another US jurisdiction.
- 5–10 years of legal experience, with significant time at a top-tier law firm — BigLaw or highly regarded boutique.
- Interest in negotiating complex agreements without becoming a blocker.
- Genuine curiosity across practice areas; you're as comfortable outside your lane as in it.
- In-house experience at a technology company is strongly preferred — you understand the pace, the context, and what it means to be a business partner.
- Comfort operating independently and making sound judgment calls without always having a senior attorney in the room.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you're precise, clear, and know how to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.
- A self-starter mindset — you identify problems before they become fires, and you bring solutions, not just issues.

- Flexible PTO
- Market leading medical, vision and dental insurance
- 401K matching up to 4% in the US
- Personal development & wellness reimbursement/stipend
- Weekly pizza stipend in the US (Yes, that’s a thing!)
