VP, Sales – Education
CENTEGIX
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of regional sales leaders and individual contributors • Establish and execute the company’s sales strategy in alignment with revenue and growth goals • Own forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue predictability across regions • Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure disciplined execution against targets • Drive consistent, scalable sales processes while enabling regional flexibility to meet local market and district needs • Coach and develop sales leaders and reps through regular one on ones, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback • Build a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement • Create an environment that supports professional growth and internal career progression • Maintain direct involvement with key accounts, strategic opportunities, and complex deals • Support district level sales efforts by participating in executive presentations, negotiations, and debriefs • Use customer feedback and market insights to inform strategy, messaging, and product direction • Represent CENTEGIX at conferences, trade shows, and industry events • Ensure accurate CRM usage (Salesforce), reporting, and data integrity across the sales organization • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to improve customer experience and sales productivity • Identify and implement improvements to sales administration, tooling, and workflows • Partner with Product to provide field driven input on roadmap priorities and feature enhancements
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior sales leader managing and scaling teams of individual contributors
- Strong background in K–12 education sales, preferably SaaS or EdTech
- Demonstrated success selling to school districts and executive level decision makers, including Superintendents
- Track record of securing net new business and driving consistent revenue growth
- Deep understanding of sales performance metrics, KPIs, and forecasting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Limited travel required
