Job Description

Territory Head – Area Sales Manager, Cement

Freudenberg Group

• Primary objective is to develop Cement Industry business for Kluber in the designated area. • Provide individual and unique consultancy and service to customers in your area of responsibility. • Responsible for turnover and margin in the defined customer group. • Initiate product developments and new applications. • Organize and carry out product trainings at the customer's site. • Focus on multiplication, cross selling, EE projects and create Value case studies. • Create quality VISIT Reports with DETAILS. • Coordination with service team and ensure the timely and high quality service to customers. • Responsible for collection of market intelligence data, open gear, roller press, VRM and main gearboxes population collection. • Work on modern reporting tools and Reporting through CRM. • Nurture and develop good relationship with customers and channel partners.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate Engineer/ MBA with 8 - 10 years of sales experience.
  • Essential: leadership, building relationship, personal accountability, technical, effective communication, delegation skills, negotiation.
  • sales planning, manage process, knowledge of HSE and Quality.
  • Proficient in MS office applications and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skill.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Willing to learn attitude.
