Role Description As a NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing Consultant on our team, you’ll work in a collaborative environment where smart people support each other, enjoy what they do, and take pride in delivering great client outcomes. - Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations for manufacturing clients, with a focus on Advanced Manufacturing. - Translate business and manufacturing needs into effective NetSuite solutions and system designs. - Configure and optimize NetSuite modules, including Advanced Manufacturing, WIP, BOMs, MRP, Inventory, and Financials. - Manage system setup, data migration, testing, deployment, and ongoing system support. - Serve as a trusted advisor by guiding best practices, training users, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP consulting experience. - Strong experience with NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. - NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Advanced Manufacturing, or related). - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. - US Citizen or Green Card holder only (no C2C, H1B, or sponsorships). - Must be US-based (Central or East Coast). • Handle low-complexity client requests, aiming to teach how to resolve the reported issue and enable the client to act autonomously if the issue recurs (Chat, Ticket) • Assist with problem simulations and customer scenario testing • Create improvement and bug-fix requests for the Product Owner (PO) • Create or identify the need for improvements in support documentation and/or products to reduce customers' need to contact support • Assist with validations and testing when required to support development • Prepare product usage demonstrations to facilitate client integrations, speeding up time-to-production and improving understanding of our products.

Role Description - Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle ERP Cloud Tax (ZX) solutions. - Gather and analyze tax-related business requirements from finance, tax, and accounting stakeholders. - Configure Oracle ERP Cloud Tax including: - Tax regimes - Taxes and tax statuses - Tax rates - Tax rules - Tax recovery - Tax exemptions - Tax reporting requirements - Collaborate with Finance, AP, AR, Procurement, Projects, and General Ledger teams to ensure end-to-end tax compliance. - Work closely with onshore functional leads, business users, and project managers. - Support integrations involving third-party tax engines such as: - Vertex - Avalara - Participate in solution design workshops and provide recommendations based on Oracle leading practices. - Prepare functional specifications and support technical development activities. - Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution. - Support data migration, cutover, and post-production stabilization activities. - Ensure compliance with U.S. indirect tax requirements and reporting standards. Qualifications - 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud. - Strong hands-on experience configuring Oracle ERP Cloud Tax (ZX). - Experience with: - Oracle Payables - Oracle Receivables - Oracle General Ledger - Oracle Procurement - Ability to independently configure and troubleshoot tax setups. - Experience in full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. - Strong understanding of U.S. tax regulations, indirect tax processes, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively with distributed global teams. Preferred Qualifications - Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials or Tax. - Experience with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and impact assessments. Working Model - Remote/Offshore role. - Must collaborate with U.S.-based onshore team. - Mandatory overlap of 3–4 hours daily with U.S. business hours. - Ability to participate in critical project meetings, workshops, and go-live support activities.
