• You will be responsible for: • Learning and gaining practical and theoretical experience in the Commercial area; • Contacting potential clients via phone, videoconference, WhatsApp and email; • Prospecting and qualifying new and potential clients during pre-sales and product validation stages; • Explaining products and services to leads using a consultative sales approach aligned with the client’s main needs; • Screening and qualifying leads for the commercial consultants team; • Supporting product presentations; • Assisting with sales funnel management and account portfolio maintenance; • Participating in initiatives aimed at providing the best possible customer experience.

• Organize and oversee the execution of corporate events, trade shows, conventions, training sessions and institutional activities. • Manage schedules and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. • Monitor and control the budget for each event, ensuring adherence to the financial plan. • Oversee the development and production of communication and promotional materials (banners, giveaways, presentations and institutional materials). • Support brand positioning activities and product launches at events and trade shows. • Have basic design skills to assist in editing communication materials. • Contribute to the event promotion strategy with a tactical mindset and results focus. • Support marketing activities related to events, such as promotional campaigns, invitations and audience communications.

• Register, organize and maintain customer contracts • Provide support to internal and external customers, offering assistance and resolving inquiries • Issue, control and update boleto payment slips in the company’s system and financial management platform • Generate and process remittances of boleto payment slips, as well as perform bank return reconciliations • Analyze accounts receivable balances, including monitoring delinquency, identifying doubtful debtors, unrecoverable amounts and controlling customer advances

• Support the development and execution of the unit's marketing plan, ensuring monitoring of deliverables and alignment with established timelines. • Create and manage paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads), collaborating on conversion tracking and brand awareness. • Support the planning and production of content for the blog, social media and YouTube, producing copy aligned with the products' value proposition. • Support product and campaign launches, assisting in the creation of schedules and briefs. • Participate in market research, competitor analysis and persona definition. • Produce conversion-focused copy and develop landing pages using tools such as GreatPages or CloudPages. • Support the organization and follow-up of online (webinars) and in-person events, ensuring alignment of actions with the sales team. • Ensure alignment with the sales team and follow guidance from the operations lead. • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports with learnings and improvement suggestions.

• Support handling simple customer complaints via email, chat, phone, ticketing system, WhatsApp and videoconference, ensuring prompt, courteous and effective support. • Assist in delivering customer training to help clients extract maximum value from the solutions provided. • Contribute to internal controls and support remote deployment of computer network systems with captive portal (Hotspot), ensuring correct operation of the solutions. • Assist with onboarding, providing a smooth, secure and positive experience from the start of the customer journey. • Participate in post-sales activities to encourage product usage, driving engagement, satisfaction and customer retention. • Support customer-portfolio workflows, identifying situations such as delinquency and communicating these to the responsible finance team. • Identify opportunities to improve documentation, internal workflows and products to make support more efficient and faster, reducing the need for repeat customer contacts. • Handle alerts and internal procedures, contacting customers when necessary to perform preventive and corrective actions. • Identify customer needs and translate them into improvement opportunities for products, services and processes. • Support reading and analysis of data and KPIs to understand customer behavior and contribute to success strategies.
