Role Description As a NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing Consultant on our team, you’ll work in a collaborative environment where smart people support each other, enjoy what they do, and take pride in delivering great client outcomes. - Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations for manufacturing clients, with a focus on Advanced Manufacturing. - Translate business and manufacturing needs into effective NetSuite solutions and system designs. - Configure and optimize NetSuite modules, including Advanced Manufacturing, WIP, BOMs, MRP, Inventory, and Financials. - Manage system setup, data migration, testing, deployment, and ongoing system support. - Serve as a trusted advisor by guiding best practices, training users, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP consulting experience. - Strong experience with NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. - NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Advanced Manufacturing, or related). - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. - US Citizen or Green Card holder only (no C2C, H1B, or sponsorships). - Must be US-based (Central or East Coast). Benefits - Base Salary: $145k – $175k, plus utilization bonus - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401(k) with company match - PTO: in the first year
