Position Overview Location: Remote in US or Canada with preference for EST time zone We are hiring a Senior Growth Campaign Manager to own and execute end-to-end growth campaigns for Hexion. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will translate growth strategy into integrated multi-channel campaigns, lead demand generation initiatives, manage industry conferences, and drive measurable pipeline impact. You will serve as the central orchestrator of Hexion’s growth marketing, working cross-functionally with sales, product, leadership, and design to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline. Key Responsibilities - Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Translate growth strategy into integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, landing pages, webinars, and CRM marketing automation workflows. Own campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and pipeline attribution. - Strategic Growth Contribution: Contribute to overall Hexion growth strategy by identifying new customer acquisition channels, experimentation opportunities, and ABM initiatives. Continuously optimize the demand engine based on performance data. - Email & Marketing Automation: Build segmented nurture campaigns and automated workflows to drive engagement and conversion. Use CRM insights and testing to optimize messaging and funnel performance. - Conference & Event Marketing: Work with Marketing Excellence team to execute conferences and tradeshows. Own lead gen initiative from pre to post event. Measure ROI, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. - LinkedIn Advertising & Paid Media: Develop and manage LinkedIn and paid media ad campaigns in partnership with external agency, overseeing targeting, budget allocation, and optimization. Deliver reporting tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Landing Page Development: Build and optimize campaign landing pages in collaboration with Content Strategist using Webflow templates. Improve conversion rates through testing, messaging refinement, and performance analysis. - Organic Social & Content Amplification: Partner with design and social media manager to develop organic LinkedIn content aligned to growth campaign goals. - Marketing Automation & Marketing Pipeline Management (Microsoft Dynamics): Maintain CRM hygiene, campaign tracking, and marketing attribution. Partner closely with sales excellence and IT to ensure strong lead handoff, visibility, and measurable pipeline contribution. - Agency Relationship: Own the creative/ media agency relation. Manage timelines and deliverables and ensure success. Qualifications and Experience - 5+ years of growth marketing experience - Proven track record running integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaign - Experience with using AI tool and building custom agents like data clean up agents, company research agents, to accelerate work and automate manual tasks. - Experience supporting or leading account-based marketing initiatives - Strong experience managing industry conferences and trade shows end-to-end - Hands-on experience with: - LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Email marketing and automation platforms - Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, Salesforce (or similar enterprise CRM) - Webflow, Storyblok, Wordpress (or comparable CMS platforms) - Demonstrated ability to build and optimize high-converting landing pages - Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline metrics, and revenue attribution - Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting funnel and performance data - Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams - Excellent project management and execution skills - Strong written and messaging capabilities for technical B2B audiences Other We are an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
