Recruiting Data Analyst

• Responsible for creating and generating reports that provide analytics to the global recruiting team up to executive management; develop and manage weekly, monthly & quarterly reports • Respond quickly to ad-hoc data requests inclusive of research, reporting, and analysis requests from recruiting team members, as well as Operations, Business Development, and other Parexel departments • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the hiring process • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations • Support the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies based on data insights • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment operations through process mapping and optimization • Develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving research, reporting, and analysis efficiency • Develop and present key findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders, communicating the approaches taken as well as potential limitations and caveats

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR analytics or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven track record of developing creative solutions to complex and ambiguous problems, and effective cross-team collaboration across functions and levels
  • Ability to pose complex strategic decisions for management to present to business leaders with clarity and precision
  • Problem solver with an eye towards continuous improvement and automating processes to scale
  • Ability to search databases with precise logic-based querying (Workday, LinkedIn, Salesforce)
  • Ability to analyze and extract intelligence from large and obscure data sets
  • Advanced data manipulation and transformation skills
  • Decision making/problem solving skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic self-starter
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
