• Liderar estratégias de growth marketing, otimizando canais de aquisição e funil de vendas; • Planejar e executar campanhas promocionais estratégicas; • Planejar, nutrir relacionamento e executar projetos junto com parceiros estratégicos; • Desenvolver materiais e trilhas de educação para o mercado e clientes em conjunto com parceiros estratégicos; • Planejar e executar eventos (online e offline) focados em geração de leads, trials e fortalecimento da marca; • Analisar métricas de crescimento e o ROI de eventos, projetos e parcerias, aplicando melhorias contínuas; • Atuar de maneira generalista, entendendo todas as janelas de oportunidades dentro da área de marketing; • Atuar de forma cross-funcional com outras áreas (Vendas, CS, Produto) para garantir o alinhamento das estratégias.
Job Requirements
- Formação em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing ou Administração;
- Experiência mínima de 4 anos em Growth Marketing, gestão de eventos, marketing educacional e parcerias;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao marketing;
- Conhecimento avançado na área de Marketing 360;
- Forte habilidade analítica para interpretar dados de aquisição e aplicar melhorias contínuas;
- Conhecimento em dados e análises (reports, tracking resultados, tendências, pesquisas de mercado/concorrência, performance de ações, projeções futuras, SWOT);
- Excelente comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Capacidade de organização, dinamismo e proatividade.
- Diferenciais: Vivência em empresas de SaaS; Conhecimento em plataformas de eventos online (Zoom, StreamYard); Conhecimento no mercado odontológico é um grande diferencial; Inglês intermediário/avançado.

While your primary responsibility will be driving marketing and growth in India, you will also be expected to provide marketing support for other Emerging Markets.
