In this role, you’ll help drive reliability, automation and performance within our cloud-based infrastructure. At Flywire, the SRE team is responsible for the lifecycle of production systems. Our team is embedded within Software Engineering teams enabling and empowering them to achieve full speed on shipping reliable and operable systems. Role Description We, at Flywire, are seeking a Head of PMO, Engineering to establish and lead a centralized Engineering Program Management Office that drives operational discipline and execution across Flywire’s global technology organization. This leader will partner closely with the CTO and engineering leadership to ensure Flywire’s most strategic technology initiatives are effectively planned, governed and delivered across globally distributed engineering teams. The Head of PMO will introduce structured program governance, operational visibility and cross-functional coordination across engineering, product and infrastructure teams. This role is ideal for a strategic program leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering execution, operational rigor and large-scale technology transformation. Job Description The Opportunity Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey as a Senior Marketing Manager - Agent, Education at Flywire? Join us and become a driving force behind our growth and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives within our education agent partner ecosystems worldwide. As a key player in our team, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of cutting-edge marketing strategies, dynamic field marketing campaigns, and captivating event planning endeavors. Your mission is to cultivate robust relationships with key agents and elevate our presence in the global market. While your primary responsibility will be driving marketing and growth in India, you will also be expected to provide marketing support for other Emerging Markets. Success in this role requires a keen sense of cultural awareness and the ability to effectively localize global thought leadership and campaigns to resonate authentically with our partners and their audiences. In addition to your creative prowess, this role will require cross-functional collaboration and strong project management skills. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and alignment with organizational goals. As the orchestrator of our agent partnership marketing efforts, you'll navigate diverse perspectives and harness collective expertise to drive impactful results. This role will directly report to the Director, Marketing - Education Agents, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and objectives while contributing to our global marketing vision. Key Responsibilities - Strategy & Planning: Develop, execute, and own a strategic marketing plan aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on India and providing support for marketing initiatives in Emerging Markets. This requires both high-level vision and granular, hands-on implementation. - Campaign Management: Design, implement, and personally drive dynamic field marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue through our agent partner ecosystem in India and support execution in other Emerging Markets. This includes end-to-end execution, from concept to reporting. - Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key education agents in the region, acting as a trusted marketing partner. - Event Management: Lead captivating event planning and promotional efforts, actively managing all logistical and promotional elements to drive attendance and participation. - Collateral & Messaging: Craft compelling messaging and hands-on create impactful marketing collateral that effectively conveys Flywire's value proposition to target audiences. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and other global marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and goal alignment, acting as the execution nexus for all agent-facing initiatives. Qualifications Here’s what we’re looking for: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Industry: Knowledge of the education industry and agent-based business models is essential - Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing and communication roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue, particularly within India or other high-growth international markets. - Strategic Capacity: Capacity to develop a strategic marketing roadmap (setting the vision) and personally execute against it (driving the work). Must be a strategic thinker who is not afraid to be highly tactical and hands-on when necessary. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for crafting compelling messaging and conveying the value proposition. - Relationship Management: Strong background in client or stakeholder relationship management, with the ability to foster trust, credibility, and alignment across internal teams (Sales, Product, Global Marketing) and external partners (Education Agents). Exceptional stakeholder management skills are required for success in this role. - Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a rapidly evolving landscape. - Mindset: Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
