Territory Manager
Nursa
• Own the full sales cycle across the territory—prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new facility partnerships from first outreach to signed agreement. • Lead reengagement campaigns highlighting the new features that support their ability to positively impact continuity of care. • Maintain and strengthen Nursa's existing facility relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent, reliable engagement that keeps volume steady. • Expand within established group relationships by introducing Nursa to sister facilities and additional locations under the same ownership. • Partner with the Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to best support our current customers and others
Job Requirements
- Several years of full-cycle sales or account management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing and growing existing client or partner relationships, ideally in a role that blended new business with account retention.
- Ability to maintain a regular, in-person presence across California, including travel to facilities.
- Clear communicator and relationship builder who can work cross-functionally—including with Finance, Product, and Marketing—to resolve issues and keep accounts healthy.
- Background in healthcare, staffing, or marketplace/SaaS, or experience selling into skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care facilities.

• Develop and convert top national and large regional end users by identifying top prospects, initiating introductions, and building relationships • Collaborate with key PRO outside and inside sales representatives at Lowe's and THD to train and assist in selling to targeted end users, empowering them to represent SBD brands and drive conversions • Form strategic partnerships with national associations by leveraging key retailers, implementing targeted promotions, and other programs to enhance sales through these retailers • Serve as the team expert for a dedicated trade vertical • Identify and engage with large residential jobsites in the region
