• Own the full sales cycle across the territory—prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new facility partnerships from first outreach to signed agreement. • Lead reengagement campaigns highlighting the new features that support their ability to positively impact continuity of care. • Maintain and strengthen Nursa's existing facility relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent, reliable engagement that keeps volume steady. • Expand within established group relationships by introducing Nursa to sister facilities and additional locations under the same ownership. • Partner with the Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to best support our current customers and others

• You are a Builder first. You get restless if you haven't shipped something tangible recently. • You have "Greenfield" experience. You have demonstrable experience building complex features or products from scratch, ideally as a founder or freelancer where you owned the full outcome. • You are adaptable. You thrive in environments where the goalpost might move. You view change not as a disruption, but as a necessary part of relentlessly refining the user experience. • You are technically fearless. You are a full-stack engineer who is comfortable working across all domains. You contribute to the backend, frontend, and database as needed to deliver features successfully. • You don’t need a "definition of done" before you start. If you need a fully spec'd ticket and a project manager to guide your day, you will struggle in this role. • You don’t prioritize "Perfect" over "Done." If you spend weeks optimizing code for over a million users when we need it to run well for thousands, this environment will frustrate you. • You don’t treat AI as a cheat code rather than a force multiplier. If you paste code from LLMs without understanding the underlying logic or security implications, this isn't the place for you.

• Independently develop and execute against a sales pipeline of interested healthcare facilities across your territory • Independently prioritize your outreach efforts based on impact versus effort • Engage with facilities in your territory through various methods including in-person visits, phone calls, demos, networking events, existing relationships, and referrals. • Consistently hit or exceed monthly quota targets. • Seamlessly balance providing white-glove support and app training to facility administrators / schedulers and building strategic relationships with facility decision makers • Develop strategic growth plans that incentivize new facility customers to increase usage of Nursa and incorporate Nursa into their daily business processes • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to share facility feedback, solution on facility blockers, and identify facility growth opportunities
