Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of relevant, professional experience, including HRIS/systems and HR Operations experience
- Experience directly administering HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, onboarding platforms)
- Strong previous experience with HRIS administration, configuration, and data management
- Experience translating business requirements into workflows, process improvements, or system solutions
- Experience supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, data changes, reporting)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data validation
- Experience coordinating projects or workstreams across cross-functional teams
- Solid foundational knowledge of core HR compliance areas (e.g., handling of confidential and protected information, EEO, FMLA protections, ACA, COBRA, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to execute instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to provide clear guidance related to complex system- or HR-related topics
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office productivity software and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
