Job Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on remodeling and renovations - Mandatory
- Proven track record of successfully managing remodeling and renovation projects
- Solid knowledge of construction processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with project management software (BuilderTrend is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus

The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Project Manager is responsible for managing highly complex construction site-based project business by managing material, placing orders, and tracking shipments. The EPC Project Manager owns the relationship with the customer, manages relationships with sales and vendors, and is responsible for maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the construction project.
