Role Description The Project Specialist assists with the daily workflow administrative responsibilities that support the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) review process. The Project Specialist aids in facilitating the processing of IDR reviews and completes other duties as assigned under the direction of the IDR/IIDR Director and Program Manager. The specialist will work closely with the IDRE team and all reviewers to ensure case timeliness. Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating efforts with engineering firms, consultants, third-party vendors, general contractors, subcontractors, and operations and maintenance teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire project life cycle of industrial decarbonization projects, from conception and design through procurement, permitting, construction, start-up, and commissioning. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience managing industrial projects with total installation costs ranging from $20 million to $50 million. This position is remote, with periodic travel to project sites required.
